The schedule would be Monday
  • Friday, 9 AM
  • 6 PM with an hour lunch.
Our firm operates as a family and takes on cases that deal with personal injury, immigration, and criminal defense. Family is what began our firm and what continues to inspire our firm. Brothers and firm partners Alex and Orlando De Castroverde started the firm with their father, Waldo, after decades of watching him win cases. They built the firm together with an unparalleled dedication to their employees and clients. We have almost 100 team members, are headquartered in Las Vegas with operations in Henderson, Reno, Dallas, and Austin. A great candidate for this position must have exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Successful candidates must also be great communicators, possess extraordinary customer service skills, detail oriented, and a great teammate.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
  • Assist with customer support inquiries and provide information about services
  • Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management
  • Meet with all new personal injury clients
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist clients with any and all documents, including notarization
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Previous experience working in a law office is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, or electronic medical record systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
