Fayetteville We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and highly organized Full-Time Receptionist to join our busy dental practice in Fayetteville. If you are a caring, outgoing professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we would love to meet you!
Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our patients, the Dental Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments Process and submit dental insurance claims Answer and manage incoming phone calls Maintain accurate patient records Provide exceptional customer service to patients and team members
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience required (dental office experience preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Friendly and compassionate attitude toward patients
