This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare who enjoy working with patients in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare providers in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule appointments, manage patient check-in and check-out, and answer phone calls and patient inquiries. Verify insurance eligibility and coverage, update insurance information, and assist with authorizations when needed. Maintain accurate patient records and perform general office and administrative duties. Help coordinate patient flow and address patient concerns in a timely manner. Support the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care.
Qualifications:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Bilingual fluency in English and Korean. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Prior experience is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in healthcare and patient care.
Employment Type:
Full-Time (preferred) or
Part-Time Schedule:
8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday Half-day Saturday shift once per month on the first
Saturday Benefits:
After successfully completing a 3-month probationary period, full-time employees are eligible for: Medical insurance, with the company covering 90% of the employee's health insurance premium Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays After one year of employment, eligible full-time employees qualify for: 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions of up to 4% Employer discretionary profit-sharing contribution
