Dental Front Desk

We're looking for a Dental Front Desk Team Member to be the welcoming face of our growing dental practice! We don't just care about smiles—we care about the people behind them. As our scheduler, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and efficient experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

Greet patients with a friendly, professional demeanor Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries Interface with patients, staff, referrers, vendors, and anyone else needing our assistance Manage the timely delivery of laboratory cases Manage patient records and insurance information Support a caring team of dental professionals Manage the timeline for patients future visits

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized Able to multitask in a busy environment Previous dental office experience is preferred Ready to bring your smile to our office then please send your resume!
