Pay Rate:
17-20/hr
Responsibilities:
Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer paperwork. Schedule appointments, manage medical charts, and process medical documents. Answer phones, manage communications, and handle clerical tasks such as data entry. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to support patient care coordination. Adhere to patient confidentiality laws and facility protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical office administration is a plus. Previous experience in a healthcare setting, medical records, or administrative role preferred. Proficiency in office software and familiarity with medical record systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
