Medical Receptionist

Grazen Chiropractic is a patient centered chiropractic office dedicated to providing exceptional care and a welcoming environment. We are seeking an organized, friendly and dependable medical secretary to join our team and help ensure smooth daily operations. The chiropractic medical secretary will serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling administrative tasks, scheduling, billing and communication to support the chiropractors and enhance the patient experience. Key Responsibilities are greeting patients and checking them in and out, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phone calls and taking payments, assisting with patient files and documentation for the chiropractors, general office operations and tasks. Employees should have strong communication skills, be proficient in office software, be able to multi-task, are profession and friendly and needs at least a high school diploma or associate's degree.
