Job Description
Job Summary Cardiology practice is seeking a motivated, organized and efficient Front Desk Associate to work alongside our dedicated team of health care providers. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include patient check-in and check-out, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. Proficiency in using an EMR is necessary. Ability to do Insurance authorizations is a plus. Previous experience in a front desk role at a medical office or healthcare setting is necessary. Benefits include paid time off, sick time and 401K.
