The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative tasks and possess knowledge of dental terminology. This role involves managing the front desk operations efficiently and providing exceptional customer service to patients. ## Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Verify insurance information and assist with billing processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Utilize Dentrix software for patient management
  • Collaborate with the dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs accurately ## Skills
  • Proficiency in Dentrix
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Experience in a dental assisting is a plus
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone systems effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
