Full-Time Park Slope Dental Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Dental Scheduling Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist to join our elite team in Brooklyn. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, confident with patients, and experienced with front desk operations, treatment coordination, insurance, scheduling, and patient communication. Responsibilities The Dental Scheduling Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for supporting both patient care coordination and daily front desk operations, including: Greeting patients and providing a professional front desk experience Answering phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Scheduling, confirming, and managing patient appointments Presenting dental treatment plans clearly and professionally Reviewing insurance benefits, coverage, and patient responsibility Collecting patient payments and discussing balances when needed Coordinating with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and management Following up with patients Helping patients understand the value and urgency of their care Maintaining accurate patient records and notes Verifying insurance and obtaining breakdowns when needed Supporting patient intake, paperwork, and check-in/check-out Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly Qualifications Dental front desk experience required Treatment coordinating experience is a plus Strong understanding of dental insurance, scheduling, and patient billing Experience with Dentrix is a plus Strong communication and follow-up skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced dental office environment Bilingual is a plus.
