Imaging Receptionist Job Summary:

Bertrand Chaffee Hospital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Imaging Receptionist to join our team at our Springville, New York location. Responsibilities:

Must be available to work 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7:00AM and 6:00PM Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquires in a professional and courteous manner Register patients for imaging procedures, collect information as needed, and ensure accurate completion of medical records. Manage imaging calendar and maintain accurate records of patient information Prepare patient charts and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete Collaborate with technologists and radiologists to ensure efficient and high-quality imaging services Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hospital protocols and infection control standards About the

Compensation:

$18.15- $19.95 or more based on years of experience.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
