Dental Front Desk Receptionist — Full-Time Dental Experience Required | Patient-Centered Practice We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dental front office experience and understands the day-to-day flow of a busy dental practice, including scheduling, insurance verification, patient communication, payments, and follow-up. If you enjoy working with patients, keeping the schedule organized, and taking ownership of the front desk, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Answer phones professionally and turn inquiries into scheduled appointments Greet patients and provide a warm, professional first impression Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Help maintain a full, productive, and organized schedule Verify dental insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient information Follow up on pending insurance matters and unscheduled treatment Check patients in and out efficiently Collect payments and review patient balances Communicate with patients by phone, text, and other office systems Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications Assist with daily front desk reports and office organization Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day Provide an exceptional patient experience from check-in through checkout What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience required Experience with dental scheduling and appointment coordination Experience with dental insurance verification Strong phone and communication skills Comfortable discussing appointments, balances, insurance, and next steps with patients Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy dental office Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable, accountable, and committed to following through Strong team-player mentality Dental software experience preferred You'll Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy helping and communicating with patients Like staying organized and keeping things running smoothly Understand the importance of following up with patients Know how to keep a dental schedule productive Take ownership rather than waiting to be asked Communicate professionally with both patients and coworkers Want to grow with a stable, patient-focused dental practice What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, stable position Supportive team environment Modern dental office Professional and patient-centered workplace Opportunities for growth and advancement Requirements Dental front desk experience is required.
