Join our team at Beavercreek Dental Care! Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding position in a dynamic healthcare environment? We're looking for a dedicated Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression. Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately. Maintain patient records and update information as needed. Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Assist patients with insurance verification and claims processing. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with sufficient stock of office supplies. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a dental clinic setting preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate. Knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance. Proficiency in computer systems and dental office software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
