We are seeking a candidate with 1-3 years' experience in the dental field. Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not required. Job responsibilities would include but are not limited to, answering phones, confirming appointments, responding to emails, coordination with referring specialists, collecting patient balances, scheduling for multiple providers, collecting demographic information from patients, verifying dental insurance, and obtaining dental insurance breakdowns. Applicants must align with our office's core values and possess the ability to multitask, a strong work ethic, time management skills, and attention to detail.
