Job Description

Dental Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location:
Fairlawn, Ohio Join our busy, patient-focused dental practice! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist to become an important part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a welcoming attitude Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance information and assist with patient accounts Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
Qualifications:
Previous dental or medical office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with dental software (Dentrix experience is a plus!) Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Schedule:
Full-Time or Part-Time Available Monday through Saturday Flexible scheduling options may be available
