Job Overview text Dr Sfeir 4402130172 Capable , experienced individual with knowhow of dental insurance billing , claims processing; Dentrix , Dexis, weave . Duties Greet patients warmly, handle patient intake, and manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft, ensuring optimal patient flow. Verify insurance benefits and perform insurance verification processes, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private plans. Collect payments and perform medical collections while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and documentation review standards. Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems like Dentrix to ensure accurate data entry and record keeping. Maintain organized dental and medical records, file paperwork systematically, and support office management tasks such as filing and data entry. Support the team with clinic experience tasks including medical administrative support, appointment reminders, and patient follow-up calls. Qualifications Prior dental office experience or clinic experience is highly preferred; familiarity with dental terminology is a plus. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, dental practice management software (Dentrix) Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor; bilingual abilities are advantageous.. Ability to handle sensitive information accurately while demonstrating strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in medical administration or front desk operations are beneficial. $23.25 - $28.00 per hour
