Monday-Thursday only Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative team player Front Desk Receptionist to join our team with Dental experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires a highly organized individual with at least 2 years of front desk or dental office experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and patients in a professional manner Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Manage patient records and ensure accuracy of data entry Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Handle billing, insurance verification, and payments Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental or front desk role High school diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processing, and billing Proficiency with dental office software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally, with a positive and patient-focused attitude Skills Team Player Experience handling patient accounts and insurance claims Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficient with computer systems, data entry, and filing procedures Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse patients Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professionalism Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Familiarity with calendar management and dental assisting responsibilities is beneficial Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where your skills will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our patients while supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.
