Candidate must be a friendly, organized, hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills. Dental office experience and training specific to Open Dental practice management software experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining a schedule for hygienists and doctors by scheduling and confirming appointments and working pending/recall appointment schedule Answering phone calls and scheduling the appointments or answering questions posed by the caller. Processing claims and pre-determinations electronically or manually and following up with insurance companies for timely payments Discussing financial arrangements with patients and collecting on delinquent accounts Managing patient records including posting procedures, payments, clinical notes etc. Maintaining a clean and welcoming environme
