Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing calls to appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar effectively. Handle patient inquiries and provide support as needed. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Assist with office management tasks including inventory management and supply ordering. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies. Requirements Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred. Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with office management procedures and practices. Experience with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Strong customer support skills with excellent phone etiquette. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
