Job Description

Burnside Surgery Center, an Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in pain management, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for managing front office operations and serving as the first point of contact for patients.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and assist with general front desk operations Prepare paperwork, schedule procedures, and provide basic pricing information to patients Maintain organized records and ensure a smooth flow of patients throughout the day
Qualifications:
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must have dependable transportation Preferred (not required): experience in a medical office, medical terminology, or medical billing.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday No weekends or holidays Hours vary between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Up to 40 hours per week This is a long-term position with stability and opportunity for growth.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
