The Position:

Bilingual Front Desk In this role you will: Be the welcoming face of our clinic Educate our patients on the nuances of health care coverage, consistent with our mission of price transparency. Assist in working and managing claims workflows for timely payment Help to ensure that patients have a smooth and quick registration and intake experience Work shifts that are 8a-8p on weekdays, 9a-7p on weekends

• we all share equally in covering these hours. Qualifications
• A "can do" attitude, and the belief that no task in clinic is too big or too small for you
• Bilingually fluent in Spanish is required.
• Experience with the Athena EMR is a definite plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and willing to learn online insurance portals.
• Customer service skills plus a professional interpersonal demeanor.
