To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patient s . Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co- pays , obtainin g and completing insurance information, answering phone calls , and scheduling appointment s . If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintai n a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
Location:
Northwest Portland (2222 NW Lovejoy Street, Suite 505, Portland, OR 97210)
Schedule :
Monday through Friday, 8 :00 a m to 5 :00pm Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required . Minimum of 1 year of med ica l f ro n t office experience preferred. Experience with Epic preferred. Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors. Strong computer keyboarding skills required . Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of med ica l decisions. This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. The ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas is an essential function of all positions at the Clinic. This position may require that employees have and maintain an activated smartphone that receives text messaging and/or ability to have a required app such as authenticator apps as some job functions require use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) .
Pay Range:
$17.31 - $24.24 The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position.
