81/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates Additional pay for bilingual skills, paid on hours worked
What You'll Do:
Handle phone calls, greet patients, manage logs, and provide translation services Collect patient data and maintain records Schedule appointments, verify insurance, assist with billing, and respond to patient inquiries Maintain cash box and complete other assigned tasks
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) One year's experience as a receptionist in a clinic is preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) required at a level 9 Ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions.
