Job Summary:
Assure patient registration is accurate and complete Answer telephone calls Completes clerical duties as required Maintains filing of records Assists with surgical scheduling role Works closely with the internal billing team Assembly of patient charts Coverage of the medical records role including analysis and categorizing of previous day case records, input OR reports and OR time records, uploading and tagging records for pathology reports/physician signatures, upload coding sheets, demographic information and insurance information
Qualifications and Skills:
Secretarial and chart assembly experience Medical Terminology Patient/surgical scheduling Experience with or knowledge regarding insurances preferred Join us to be an essential part of delivering compassionate care through organized excellence!
