Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and committed individual who has an upbeat personality, is detail oriented, and is able to multitask for a busy pediatric dental office! Experience in a dental/medical office is strongly encouraged but we are willing to train motivated individuals in the customer service industry. Main responsibilities include verifying insurance eligibility, checking out patients, assisting main front desk receptionist with answering phone calls and scheduling new patient/regular patient appointments. Further responsibilities include pulling and filing charts and getting them ready for the week. Familiarity with Open Dental/any dental software is a plus, and must be comfortable using computers/technology. Hours are Mondays-Wednesdays 8:30am-5pm and Thursdays 8am-1pm. 401K retirement benefits as well as PTO and holiday pay are eligible after one year of employment.
