We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Coordinator to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of patient care and office efficiency.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, managing schedules, and supporting a smooth-running dental office. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently Verify dental insurance and explain benefits to patients Collect copays, post payments, and manage accounts receivable Answer phones and respond to emails/texts promptly Handle patient questions and concerns professionally Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Coordinate communication between the clinical team and patients Assist with office organization and general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Previous dental front desk or office coordinator experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning Familiarity with dental software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent (required)
