Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist/Clinical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within our surgery center and requires proficiency in patient data entry and attention to detail. Duties include answering phones, checking in and checking out patients, entering and verifying insurances, verifying authorizations, scanning and filing patient paperwork to appropriate area or patient chart. Other duties include assisting clinical staff in patient care area to make beds, empty laundry carts, and other light clinical duties as assigned.
