Job Description

Dental Office Receptionist - Full Time We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable individual to join our dental team! This is a full-time position, 4-5 days per week . Dental office experience is required.
Position Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in person and over the phone Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries Notify staff of visitor arrivals and manage visitor flow Maintain patient directories and provide clear instructions as needed Ensure office security by following procedures, monitoring logs, and issuing visitor badges Operate and maintain the office phone and communication systems Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional Communicate important information, issues, and updates to the team Support the team by assisting with related tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior dental office experience required Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills Strong customer service and professionalism Microsoft Office proficiency Strong listening and organizational skills Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and supply management skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a professional healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you!
