Job Description

Join our dynamic and fast-paced mental health clinic as a Medical Receptionist/Secretary. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer service-focused individual to support our team and provide exceptional care for our patients.
Position Overview:
The Medical Receptionist/Secretary will be responsible for managing front-office operations, including administrative tasks and patient-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can multitask effectively.
Working Hours:
This is Full time position offers 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Warmly welcome patients to our clinic and assist with check-in and check-out processes. 2 Answer phone calls and schedule appointments. 3 Verify insurance information at the time of referral and upon patient arrival for appointments. 4 Confirm patient insurance benefits prior to appointments. 5 Process payments for copays and deductibles at the time of service 6 Scan and file patient forms and other documentation in their respective charts. 7 Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills High School diploma or GED Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Proficient in
Microsoft Word and Excel Preferred Qualifications:
