Dental Front Desk Receptionist

General dentist office seeking professional front desk receptionist for our busy practice. Candidate should be friendly, detail/team oriented, and have the ability to multi-task. Experience in dental or medical front end office duties and/or dental/medical insurance preferred but not required. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Greeting and assisting patients upon arrival
• Insurance verification
• Scheduling appointments
• Check-in/Check-out
• Maintaining patient accounts
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

Software:

Eaglesoft

• experience not required Full-time position: Monday
• Thursday with alternating Fridays (Friday's are half days) Must be available to work evenings as needed Hourly rate is negotiable with experience Paid vacation/401k (eligible after probational period)
