Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage front-desk operations Schedule and confirm appointments and manage recall Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Handle billing and collect patient payments Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Maintain accurate patient records using practice management software Coordinate with clinical staff for smooth patient flow Process new patient intake and paperwork
Requirements:
Prior dental or medical front-office experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual
