to ABILITY through personalized, high-quality care. We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Team Member to join our team and help create an excellent patient experience. This role is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our busy medical office , including patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a welcoming front desk experience Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Notify providers of patient arrivals Handle patient check-out, including scheduling follow-ups and collecting copays/balances Manage office correspondence and administrative tasks Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Chrome 1+ year experience in a medical office or medical receptionist role preferred Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred Schedule Contact us for details (we have some options!)
