$25.00/hour Job Description We are seeking a polished, reliable, and friendly Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Access Representative to join a high-touch orthopedic medical practice. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a critical role in delivering a seamless and professional experience. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, managing front desk operations, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting and verifying patient information. This role also involves coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow and supporting the overall operations of a busy specialty practice environment. Job Requirements Prior experience in a medical front desk, patient access, or similar healthcare role Strong customer service and communication skills with excellent phone etiquette Professional, polished demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred (training provided) Preferred experience includes backgrounds in orthopedics, physical therapy, imaging, surgery centers, urgent care, or other specialty practice settings PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
