Bilingual (English & Spanish) Intake Receptionist Reading, PA 4 DAYS AGO 22608197 Summary Reading, PA In-Person $15.00 - $16.00 per Hour 6 Months Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day, Night, Weekend Shift / Full-Time / Hours May Vary Description Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual (English & Spanish) Intake Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all incoming communications, including phone calls, messages, and inquiries, ensuring they are accurately routed to the appropriate team members. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional office environment while delivering excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, front desk setting. Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to WhatsApp messages and voicemails in a timely manner
  • Collect and document new client intake information (name, insurance, location, services needed, etc.)
  • Received caregiver applications and enter their information in the system
  • Route calls and messages to the appropriate department (Scheduling, HR, Compliance, Administration, Director)
  • Maintain an organized intake log of all calls and requests
  • Assist caregivers with general questions and direct them as needed
  • Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming front desk environment
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed Skills

  • Previous experience in receptionist, intake, or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Experience in home care, healthcare or staffing agency setting is a plus
