Are you an organized, upbeat, and patient-focused individual who enjoys helping others? Our growing private dental practice in Villanova, PA is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our warm, supportive team! You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, so we're looking for someone who is professional, personable, and thrives in a detail-oriented role. You'll work closely with Dr. Patel, who provides high-quality comprehensive care, and a tight-knit team that truly values communication and collaboration.
What You'll Do:
Greet patients warmly and make them feel welcome Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently Check patients in and out with accuracy and care Verify insurance and help patients understand their benefits Collect co-pays and handle basic billing tasks Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
Previous dental front office or medical receptionist experience preferred Friendly and professional communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask A positive attitude and desire to be part of a team Willingness to learn and grow in your role

Hours:
Monday:
8 AM•5
PM Tuesday:
10 AM•7
PM Wednesday:
9 AM•6
PM Thursday:
8 AM•5
PM Fridays:
8AM•1PM (No weekends!)
Compensation:
$18•24 per hour, based on experience
