Patient Services Representative (Temp-to-Perm)

$20-$21/hr

Yardley, PA 19067

Schedule:

Full-Time | Variable shifts between 7:00 AM-8:30 PM We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join a busy healthcare practice in Yardley, PA. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates seeking a long-term career in healthcare. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the office. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Verify patient information and insurance Maintain accurate records in the EMR system Provide excellent customer service and support the clinical team Qualifications Previous customer service, medical reception, or healthcare office experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable, accountable, and team-oriented Schedule Requirements Shifts may include: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 7:30 AM-4:00 PM 8:00 AM-4:30 PM 8:30 AM-5:00 PM 9:00 AM-5:30 PM 11:00 AM-7:30 PM 12:00 PM-8:30 PM One evening shift per week required Rotating Saturday (approximately every 5-8 weeks) Saturday hours: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM For immediate consideration, call or text Elyse at 813-705-7941.
