Who We Are Philadelphia Children's Alliance (PCA) works to promote healing and justice for children and families affected by sexual abuse, trauma, and exploitation. Through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, PCA connects children and caregivers with the services, resources, and support they need during challenging circumstances. What You'll Do As the Bilingual Clinical Intake Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping children and families access appropriate mental health services. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for clinical referrals, guiding families through the intake process from initial referral through assessment, admission, assignment, connection to another level of care, or other appropriate next steps. In this role, you will: Conduct trauma-informed, culturally responsive biopsychosocial assessments with children, adolescents, and caregivers in English and Spanish. Assess immediate safety concerns and identify behavioral health, family, developmental, and service needs. Administer, score, and document approved behavioral health screening measures. Provide trauma-informed psychoeducation, brief stabilization, supportive engagement, and appropriate warm handoffs. Coordinate the clinical referral and intake process, including family outreach, assessments, documentation, follow-up, and clinician handoffs. Provide case management and care coordination to help families overcome barriers to accessing services. Connect children and families with behavioral health, medical, educational, housing, transportation, victim services, immigration-related, and other community resources. Support safety planning and facilitate connections to crisis, emergency, medical, or protective services when needed. Collaborate with clinicians, Family Advocates, Victim Services staff, child welfare professionals, law enforcement, prosecutors, educators, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Maintain timely and accurate referral, assessment, case management, and service documentation. Track referrals, waitlists, service outcomes, and follow-up activities to support effective and responsive clinical services. What You Bring We're looking for a compassionate, organized clinical professional who can effectively engage children and families while managing a detailed intake and referral process. You'll bring: A master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or another closely related clinical behavioral health discipline. Eligibility for professional licensure in Pennsylvania or completion of a clinically focused graduate program. At least two years of experience in behavioral health assessment, clinical intake, child and family services, victim services, child welfare, or trauma-informed care. Experience conducting biopsychosocial or comprehensive clinical assessments with children, adolescents, and caregivers. Experience administering and interpreting standardized behavioral health screening measures. Knowledge of child and adolescent development, trauma responses, family systems, suicide risk, safety assessment, and social determinants of health. Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish, including the ability to conduct sensitive clinical interviews and prepare professional documentation in both languages. Experience with trauma-informed case management and care coordination. Knowledge of Pennsylvania child-abuse reporting requirements. Strong clinical writing, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. The ability to manage multiple referrals, appointments, deadlines, and follow-up responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and sound professional judgment.

Pennsylvania professional licensure or are actively working toward licensure; experience in a Child Advocacy Center, behavioral health, victim services, or child welfare setting; experience supporting children affected by sexual abuse, interpersonal trauma, exploitation, or problematic sexual behaviors; or training in suicide screening, crisis response, safety planning, motivational interviewing, trauma assessment, or child development.
