(k) ♥ Full-Time, In Person, 9:00am to 5:45pm, Monday-Thursday, 9:00am to 4:15pm on Friday. Northwest Integrative Medicine is a cozy naturopathic primary-care clinic nestled in central Tigard, Oregon. Daily Duties and Responsibilities Arrive before 9:00am. Answer and return phone calls. Schedule patients. Check patients in and out. Manage scans, faxes, and other medical documentation. Coordinate communication between providers, patients and Medical Assistants. Assist in minor admin tasks. Requirements/Qualifications Experience working in medical office, preferably at a front desk. At least 1 year of experience with electronic health records systems & scheduling. Ability to work within HIPAA guidelines. Have basic computer skills and a clear speaking voice. Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel (experience working with Microsoft suite of apps like Sharepoint & Teams a plus). High school diploma or equivalent. Qualifications We Would Love to

See:

Knowledge of medical triage. Spanish-speaking, Russian-speaking, Vietnamese-speaking or other second language. Experience with a Naturopathic practice. Experience with Athena Health EHR. - Remote work is not available for this position. We are looking to interview and hire as soon as possible.
