Job Description

The primary role of the Receptionis t is to provide front desk reception services while delivering a high level of hospitality support to clients, visitors, and staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Manage visitor check-in procedures and maintain security protocols Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance Provide hospitality services including conference room setup, beverage service, and catering coordination Assist with meeting room scheduling and preparation Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries Assist with scanning, copying, and document handling Provide backup support across office services functions Crosstrain on all site duties and schedules Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism Perform other duties as required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of related work experience Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or equivalent Associate degree or bachelor's Degree preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. Good judgment and ability to make timely and sound decisions. Education Requirements Associate degree or bachelor's Degree preferred Physical Demands Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted. Must be able to move about intermittently throughout the workday. Ability to stand for extended periods while performing office-related tasks. Work Environment Ability to work collaboratively and productively as part of a team. Must be adaptable to changing client needs and priorities.
Hybrid work schedule:
combination of remote work and on-site presence at assigned client location. Equipment Software Must be proficient on the computer, laptop, monitors, mouse, keyboard, headset, copier, scanner, fax machine Must be proficient in MS Office and Google Apps Must be proficient in MS Suite Must have working knowledge of Teams, Zoom, or a similar virtual meeting platform Candidates familiar with Citrix platform will be preferred Occupational Health and Safety Employees are responsible and accountable for: Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace Correct utilization of appropriate personal protective equipment Compliance with the MCS Safety Manual and MCS Associate Manual provided on date of hire.
