We are a science-based medical aesthetics and wellness practice looking for passionate professionals to join our growing team. 1-2 Patient Care Coordinators (Part-Time)

Schedule:

Tuesdays (until our last patient), with option for additional hours. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, organized, and dependable Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills Comfortable with social media and technology Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excited to help create an exceptional patient experience Responsibilities include: Greeting patients and managing appointments Answering calls, texts, and social media messages Educating patients on services, memberships, and retail Assisting with checkout, inventory, room turnover, and light cleaning Helping grow our social media presence Customer service, retail, medical, or aesthetic experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person. Experienced Aesthetic Injector (Part-Time) We're also seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with injectable experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident with neurotoxins and dermal fillers, passionate about natural results, eager to continue learning, and excited to help grow a thriving aesthetics practice. Experience with wellness services, laser or energy-based devices, or hormone therapy is a plus but not required.
