Job Description

Summary:
Under the direction of the Director, greets employees, patients and customers upon arrival in the department. Assembles medical records, retrieves medical record for patient visits. Answers phones as needed. Assists in the tracking of all visits related to occupational/employee health services. Enters immunization data into the Employee Health Data Base. Assists with clerical functions to support the delivery of occupational/employee health and the treatment of work place injuries. Notifies Human Resources when new hires are cleared for work and when exisitng employees are cleared to return from a LOA. Compiles statistics for Director. Participates in performance improvement activities within department and hospital. Other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Licensure:
N/A.
Experience:
One year experience in office/hospital setting, preferred.
