Our office combines advanced technology, clinical excellence, and personalized attention to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, professional, and highly organized Front Office Dental Administrator to join our growing team. This key role serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays an essential part in creating a welcoming, efficient, and positive experience from the moment patients walk through our doors. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of a busy dental office. Strong communication skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to multitask in a calm, patient-centered environment are essential. Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet patients warmly while maintaining a professional and friendly front office atmosphere Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments efficiently Verify insurance benefits and process insurance claims accurately Prepare and present treatment plans to patients professionally and confidently Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records Enter and maintain patient information with accuracy and confidentiality Document patient communications and account activity thoroughly Support daily office operations including supply inventory, email management, and maintaining organized common areas Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to patient inquiries Assist in ensuring smooth patient flow and overall office efficiency Qualifications & Experience Previous dental front office experience required Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, insurance filing, and patient collections required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with Eaglesoft Practice Management Software is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Why Join Our Team?
