Our team includes Medical Doctors (MD), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Doctors of Chiropractic (DC), and Physical Therapists (PT) who work together to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and compassionate Medical Front Office Coordinator to become an essential part of our team. This position is much more than answering phones or checking patients in—it is a leadership role within the front office that helps ensure our practice operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Primary Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a positive first impression of our practice. Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments. Collect patient copays, deductibles, and account balances. Contact patients regarding missed appointments and assist with rescheduling. Reactivate inactive patients and help maintain long-term patient relationships. Prepare and review the daily schedule. Lead the morning team huddle by reviewing the day's schedule and office priorities. Maintain accurate patient records and perform general administrative duties. Communicate effectively with our providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Assist in keeping the front office organized, efficient, and patient-focused. Training is provided for our office procedures, software, and workflow. QualificationsRequired Minimum of one year of experience working in a healthcare or medical office. Working knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong computer, organizational, and telephone skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
