Medical Front Desk Check-In / Check-Out Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | No Weekends Join Our Growing Medical Practice! We are a growing Pain Management medical practice looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Medical Front Desk Check-In/Check-Out Representative to join our team. If you enjoy working with patients, thrive in a busy clinical environment, and take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly, we would love to hear from you. This is a patient-facing position, so we are looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. Previous medical office experience with patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling is required. What You'll Do As an important member of our front office team, you will help create a positive experience for our patients from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Your responsibilities will include:
Warmly greet and assist patients Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Update patient demographics and insurance information Collect copays and patient payments Maintain accurate patient records Answer patient questions and provide excellent customer service Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Communicate with providers and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow Perform general front desk and administrative duties What We're Looking For Medical office experience•
