Medical Front Desk / Insurance Authorization Specialist Immediate opening. Mount Pleasant, SC / Goose Creek, SC Full-Time | No Weekends Starting pay: $19-$22/hour DOE Opportunity to earn up to +$7/ additional per hour Interviews starting this week. We are hiring a strong, detail-oriented front desk professional who wants to grow beyond basic check-in duties. This role combines patient services with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and benefit investigation — valuable healthcare administrative skills that increase long-term earning potential. We are a growing retina practice seeing patients three days per week, with administrative work on Mondays and Fridays. No weekends.
Starting pay:
$19-$22/hour DOE Opportunity to earn up to +$7/ additional per hour through education and skill advancement.
