Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) Love working with kids and families? Want a role where you make a real difference every single day? We're a pediatric practice looking for someone to be the welcoming face families see when they walk through our doors. This isn't just about answering phones and scheduling appointments (though you'll do that too). It's about making nervous parents feel heard, helping anxious kids feel safe, and being the calm, helpful presence that sets the tone for great care. What you'll do: Welcome families warmly- greet them by name, make eye contact, give them your full attention Answer phones with the same care and attention you'd give someone standing in front of you Check patients in and out efficiently while staying present and personable Schedule appointments and help manage our front desk flow Stay calm and helpful even when things get busy (because they will!
