". The job of a Front Office Coordinator is to greet, check in, check out, and schedule patients with a positive and friendly attitude. Past experience in medical or rehab clinic preferred. Ability to work in a fast and dynamic workplace.... Responsibilities Greets and welcomes guests, visitors and patients to the medical office Answers, screens, and directs calls to appropriate parties Schedules patient visits and office visits based on patient needs Performs general clerical duties such as taking payments, filing, typing, copying, scanning, faxing etc. Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor Required Skills Previous experience in medical office preferred but not required. Customer service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
