Greet and assist patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism. +Managing Appointments:
Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and coordinate patient records with the utmost accuracy. +Providing Support:
Act as a liaison by addressing patient inquiries related to office policies and procedures. +Streamlining Office Operations:

+ Familiarity with medical office operations or prior experience in a similar role is a plus. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems like Cerner or Epic is an advantage Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical front office or similar administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and office procedures.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Cerner or Epic.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- All candidates may be required to complete relevant screenings as part of the hiring process.
- Prior experience in patient scheduling and receptionist duties is highly preferred.
