Job Type:
Full-Time Employee Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional team member to join our psychiatric office. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and be bilingual in both Spanish and English. No degree or prior medical certification is required—we value potential, strong work ethic, dependability, and a commitment to growth and professional development. We are happy to provide on-the-job training to help you learn the necessary skills. Strong preference given to individuals with a background in customer service or client relations.
Responsibilities Front Desk Administration:
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries. Assist with faxing, messaging, filing, and other administrative tasks. Complete records requests Complete prior authorizations as needed Communicate with other healthcare professionals and offices re: urgent issues and medication refill requests
Office Support:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office environment. Support our team with various administrative needs to ensure smooth daily operations. Help manage patient flow to ensure timely appointments and a welcoming environment.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and administrative teams across office locations. Communicate effectively with patients and staff in both Spanish and English.
Requirements No Degree or Certification Required:
We value strong work ethic, dependability, and great communication skills over formal qualifications. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is highly preferred, but not required.
Skills & Qualities:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve independently or collaborate with team members to learn and grow in required skill set. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow with our team.

Work Schedule Expected Hours:
