We are a traditionally minded, family-oriented dental practice seeking a special person who is multi-talented and can help our practice and patients handling a variety of front and back-office duties. We strive to provide outstanding dental care and want to match the care with concierge-level treatment for our patients. This person will be doing various administrative duties in the front and clinical work in the back office requiring a Registered Dental Assisting Certificate. Perfect for someone that is a Dental Assistant that would like to have a more direct one-on-one relationship with the patients versus assisting with Four Handed Dentistry.
The person we are seeking:
Has 2+ years of dental experience, including Clinical and Administrative tasks. Is a Registered Dental Assistant. Has a positive, can-do attitude. Outgoing personality, helpful nature, organized, likes to stay busy, and is a team player.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones Scheduling Various Administrative tasks Operatory set up and break down Sterilization of Instruments New patient charting Taking Radiographs Nitrous Oxide Follow-up with the patient's healing after surgery and suture removals Oral Hygiene Instructions to patients Post-operative instructions after surgical procedures Impressions and model pour-up Our team is trained to be able to step up and do what it takes for the patients who give us the opportunity to serve them.
