Job Description

FRONT DESK MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
Greet patients and check them in/out at the front desk Answer and route incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments ( eClinicalWorks/eCW experience a plus, but not required) Verify insurance information and collect co-pays Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPPA guidelines Manage referral paperwork and prior authorization tracking Keep the waiting room and front office organized Support providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed Prior front-desk, customer service, or medical office experience preferred Comfortable with computers and learning new software (EHR experience a plus) Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly demeanor Reliable, punctual, and detail-orientated Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
